Returns & Exchange Policy

At HOME PLUS DEALS,

Our mission is to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.

If you received a defective or damaged product, we take full responsibility by replacing the defective item or issuing you full refund in case we are out of stock on the item at NO COST TO YOU.

 If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original box and intact original packaging.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise buyers pay for shipping cost both ways since we ship for FREE and have originally incurred shipping expenses that we paid originally to ship the merchandise. While on some Brands there could be a 15% restocking charge in case if you want to return the item since you don't like it, we still try to do our best to waive it if possible and advise you before you return it, for Example on MODWAY products there is no restocking charge, similarly that could be the case for other Brands. But in the case of product being defective or damaged, there is ZERO cost for our clients to have it replaced or returned for credit.

This DOES NOT APPLY to Special Order Items unless it is a defective product, or you received a different item than what you ordered and the description in which case we will make sure taking care of you by either sending replacement product/s with the correct one at no extra cost to you or issuing you a refund and picking up the product at no cost to you. Special order items are non-stocking items that are made to order, for example a Solid Surface bathtub, while many of those are stock items that ship within few days, there are certain manufacturers that make them as per order and could take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer and the same applies to other similar special-order products. So, NO RETURNS on special order items.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will issue a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number for our tracking.


Returning Product/s:

Before returning your product, please contact us for a RGA number so we can keep track of the order to ensure proper credit. You have 15 days from the day of delivery to contact us and request a return. You will have to cover the return shipping cost both ways as well as a 15% restocking fee. The 15 days return police does not apply to Furniture products. 

Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged and haven’t been installed or assembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

Cancelling an order:

  • If you just placed your order and we didn’t ship your products yet please contact us immediately for a same day full refund.
  • If your item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, you will have to refuse the package and the carrier will send it back to us. 15% restocking fee and shipping cost both ways would apply.
  • If it is or was a special order item, in that case it will be based on case by case, if you haven't received delivery yet, we can cancel and you will be charged 15% cancellation fee, if it was shipped then we will have to check with manufacturer to see if it is returnable and if it is then a 15% restocking fee will be charged and you will be responsible to pay for return shipping,

Exchanging Product/s:  

If you change your mind within 15 days of receiving the product - Contact us and request an exchange.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Simply send us the unused, uninstalled product in its original packaging. You will need to pay the shipping cost of the return and the shipping cost of the replacement.

This does not apply to Furniture products. Furniture products are case by case depending upon the make and the product and needs prior approval from us whether it can be returned and if so then return charges as mentioned above would apply. 

Shipping Damages:

 

For ground shipping:  Please contact us immediately and we will start the claim process for you. You have 7 Days to notify us of a damaged ground shipment. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your item for damage within 24 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage immediately via email with attached photos. 

 

For Freight Shipments: Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Try to open the box and visually inspect before signing. If you notice any visible damage on the outer packaging, please make a note on the delivery receipt indicating it. Never sign for an item that is damaged - Simply refuse the delivery. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing, please write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged until further inspection".  Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition. If there are any damages, you have 1 business day to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage and outer packaging.

 

Defective Item Returns:

Please make sure to check for any defects or issues once you receive your shipment. We understand it is not always possible to check or inspect at the time of delivery as there are chances you were not home when delivered or certain times you don't necessarily notice until after. In that case please contact us within 7 days so we can determine whether it can be fixed by sending replacement parts in which case we will send the required parts at no charge or if we determine that the whole item needs to be replaced we will send you the whole new item and issue a pre-paid Return/Pick-up label for the defective merchandise so that you can return in it's original box.   

 

Shipping

We SHIP FREE in USA, except Alaska & Hawaii. Free shipping includes Threshold Delivery which means it will be dropped of to the nearest hard surface by the entrance of your house. On some items it could be curbside delivery based on the type of product, for example a heavy duty bath tub and in such case it will be specified on the description section that it is a curbside delivery. 

We do offer White Glove/In Home delivery and assembly as an upgrade for an added cost, please check with us on the cost since it is based on the size and the weight of the product and requires an estimated cost.

On threshold deliveries, as mentioned above, it is dropped off by the entrance of the house and if you request the driver to bring it in the house and they choose to honor your request then you bare the responsibility of any personal property damage cause during delivery unless the delivery was upgraded by us as White Glove delivery which means we authorized In Home delivery.

Most orders typically take 1-3 business days approximately to process and ship out, unless otherwise specified during your purchase on the product description and availability section. However, it is very rare yet on orders that typically ship within 1-3 days, there could be exceptions that we either found quality control issue or unfortunately inventory error that may cause delay in shipping the order/s, we contact you immediately and at that point it is your discretion to wait given the estimated time or cancel the item, either way, you will receive full credit with no restocking charge if you chose to cancel. Again, this is rare, but sometimes there are unavoidable situations, thank you for your understanding.

We offer worldwide shipping - Most rates are available in your cart. Expedited shipping options are available. Simply add items to your shopping cart and enter your state and zip code to calculate shipping costs.

Ground Shipping

Your package will be delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS. FedEx and USPS may deliver on Saturdays depending on your area. Expect delivery within 5 business days. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P.O Boxes or Military Addresses.

Freight Shipping

Large and heavy products ship via freight lines on a pallet. Transition time depends on your zip code, we provide you with carrier and tracking information as soon as it is picked up or going to be picked up so you can track your order on their site with an estimated delivery date. The Freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.

Special Order Items

All special-order items are items that are made to order or non-stocking items that states under availability tab approximate shipping time and are charged for it at the time you place your order. Return policy on special order items is specified under 'Cancelling Orders' above.

 

Order confirmation 

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in and charged your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail and offer refund, replacement or back order.  

Order Tracking

We will send you tracking information within 2-3 business day of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@homeplusdeals.com.com
